Explanation on PP/PET Easypeel (Normal Easy-peel)

Top sealing film is used for sealing trays like any vacuumed or pressed plastic containers
If a sealed film on thelid id not easy to be peeled off, a customer may get frustrated with peeling off and may even get biased against the product Therefore the top sealing film is required to be Easy-peelable (Easy-open) and of course to be preserving the contents of a tray

Enterclear Easy-Peel film is an easy-peelable film, made of several unigue resin-compounds for moderating film's adhesion Strength by heat on the lid of a tray

Characteristics of PP/PET Easypeel (Normal Easy-peel)

* PP Easy peel
ECPN film is manufactured through a conveyor process where PET film base id compressed with APPEEL resin
ECPN film can be applicable only to PP vessels
ECPN film is a film that can maintain a constant Adhesion-Strength on the lid by heat, regardless of sealing temperatures.
About 160~170°C is Preperly reguired to seal PP vessels and its Adhesion-Strength is to sustain the Pressures of 1000~1500g on the surface film
ECPN film can maintain its stable good quality, due to no transformations either on Adhesion Strength or on film Surface, when film is presses by heat

ECEN film is manufactured through a conveyor process where PET film base id compressed with APPEELresin
ECEN film can be applicable only ro PET Vessel

About 140~150°C is properly required to seal
